According to OpenAI's policies:

- OpenAI may securely retain API inputs and outputs for up to 30 days to provide services and identify abuse

- After 30 days, API inputs and outputs are removed from their systems, unless legally required to retain them

- Access to API data is limited to authorized OpenAI employees requiring access for engineering support, investigating platform abuse, or legal compliance

- Some specialized third-party contractors bound by confidentiality may access data solely to review for abuse and misuse

- The OpenAI API Platform has SOC 2 Type 2 compliance certification

Both services have daily limits (10 uses each) that reset at midnight
Results are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies
Users should verify important information through additional sources
Services may be temporarily unavailable due to technical limitations

b) Data Processing:

Translation and fact-checking requests are sent to OpenAI's API
Content is processed according to OpenAI's data retention policies (up to 30 days)
We do not retain copies of translation results or fact-check queries
Usage statistics are stored locally on your device only
